The first 3 photos: Before The last 3 photos: After I had a nose operation about 5~6 years ago, using silicon and nasal septum cartilage. I didn't like the shape of my nose from the beginning. I didn't care about the implants because it was my first surgery using a prosthetic implant. But over time, people didn't even know I had nose surgery and my nose’s shape changed. At first, it got lowered, but later on the nose tip became shifted and nose bridge got swollen. So I decided to have revision surgery and went to several consultations at different places. I heard that Braun is well known for nose surgery and facial contouring surgery. I think Braun fits me the best and like their operation technique and style. After taking a CT and I had a consultation in detail and during the consultation I was told that contracture is already in progress; the length of the previous silicone implant was long and it was about to pop out through my nose tip. So I got the consultation first and scheduled the surgery for a vacation. I was really scared because this was revision surgery. There were a lot of tensions. It is just nose surgery, but took 3-4 hours… Anesthesia was scary but over time I was fine. I visited the clinic for two days after the surgery, and I got a couple of shots and disinfected on the surgical area. My nose and the cartilage got sore, so I had a hard time. But the hardest part is...breathing through my mouth because I had cottons inside my nose for five days. And five days after the surgery outside stitches, splint, and cottons were removed. At that time, my nose looked so pretty. And 2 weeks after the surgery, the inner stitches in my nose were trimmed and the silicone sheets inside my nose were taken out. And I got a nose pack and an anti-swelling laser treatment. I didn't live in Seoul, so it was a bit hard, but I am so satisfied with my surgery result and my friends’ reaction is crazy.^^ The first 3 photos were taken 1 month after my 1st surgery, and look at how my nose changes, and the last 3 photos are after the surgery at Braun. The tip of my nose was raised. I am so happy that it came down now. I had round nostrils, but it got slimmer and longer, which I love so much. Thank you. |
